Now that cooler weather is upon us (hopefully), I’m dreaming of cozy interiors. I can’t wait to curl up by my fireplace with a delicious blanket (I’m lusting after a cashmere one) and read a book with a cup of tea. I also can’t wait for the fashion changes a new season brings; I’m done seeing crop tops and ready to see cozy sweaters and chic boots.
Whenever Summer starts to move into my rearview, my mind moves from tunnel vision around beachy interiors and widens to a larger array of possibilities. My imagination travels to interiors far and wide and jumps all around the globe like it has Jeff Bezos’ wallet and multiple homes. For the last week, I’ve been dreaming of my imaginary London flat and how I would design it. Because the hustle and bustle of a city like London, I find myself drawn to calming, classic interiors with a twist (pop of color or funky piece mixed in). I imagine myself walking in and immediately relaxing into a calming, but still cozy oasis.
Here are some inspiration pictures for my London flat…

2. I love the floor and think this could be great in a kitchen or bathroom as well. The beautiful blue walls, the simple but fun window treatment, and the pops of red. —— Sophie Edwards (designer), Paul Massey (image)

7. Simple but still chic and elevated. Relaxing. I could pass out here, curl up with a book, and watch a Nancy Meyers movie no problem —— Sims Hilditch (designer), Christopher Horwood (image)

Current Obsessions
-Ghia launched a new non-alcoholic drink. I’m dying to try!
-Chanel launched a necklace, headphones, and watch in one. It’s not for me; I miss Karl.
-Oasis is finally getting back together and going on tour. But ticket prices have already skyrocketed. Looks like there are going to be US dates now too. I want to go so badly!
