I’m obsessing over rugs non-stop and probably need an intervention. Layering them on other rugs, picking rugs for my guest rooms (finally after 3 years), and dreaming of rugs for future spaces. As someone who has a dog, there are certain things I look for when considering a rug. The rug needs to be easy to vacuum & clean (I’ve made mistakes in this area before), hide dirt well if in a high traffic area, and anchor the room/add something interesting to the room/please the eye. There are so many great performance rugs, washable rugs, and indoor/outdoor rugs out there now (maybe to be featured in a future post?) that there are endless options to fit your specific lifestyle.
Below are some of my current favorites…

Your passion for rugs really shines through, and I can relate to the thrill of finding the perfect piece to elevate a space. I also loved your spring cleaning reminders. They serve as a great checklist to refresh our homes for warmer weather. Cleaning the gutters is especially important, as it ensures everything is ready for the season ahead. We often forget to clean the gutters, so we asked https://gouttieressaintjerome.ca for help in creating a schedule for timely cleaning reminders. They did a great job, and we received a reminder after 3 months. It helped a lot to keep gutters cleaned.
I’m dreaming of a new rug for one room but had no idea where to start. Those designed rooms are dreamy 💭 I love this! I also found my next beach hat and tote here
Thank you!
